Woollahra Public School in Sydney is now partly powered by sunshine! The school has installed a 40kW solar power system with the help of the Solar my School program, and funding from Woollahra Council Environment Grants, the NSW Community Building Partnerships Grants and NSW Department of Education.
These panels will cut 29% off energy bills with savings to reinvest in other valuable learning resources for students and teachers.
